Mike Hawthorne is truly one of the up-and-comers in the world of comic illustration. A veteran of both DC and Marvel publishing groups, most recently he has turned his considerable talents to a new title by IDW Publications...Alien Spotlight: Tribbles.

He tells the story of the Tribbles from their point of view. (Tribbles have a point of view? Who knew?)

Mike will talk about his work in general and the challenges of working with an established franchise within the Star Trek world, and he will illustrate his talk (pun intended) through samples of his work.
