All books and media must be clean, free of mold, musty smells, water and/or bug damage, scribblings, stickers and other visible defects. Covers must be attached. All pages must be present. All media (records, CDs, DVDs, VHS and cassettes) must be in original packaging. We do not accept bootleg items.
If you bring us encyclopedias, Reader's Digest Condensed Books or National Geograhics, we will say "Thank you, but no thank you."
Romance novels should be 10 to 12 years old. If we take them, we will pay 5¢ each (hardcover or paperback).

Children's books (picture books) and juvenile fiction (chapter books) must be clean and free of scribbling. We will pay 10¢ each.

For mass market paperbacks (fiction or nonfiction) we pay 10¢ per title. For trade paperbacks (7" x 9") we pay 15¢ per title.

Each hardcover book must have the dustjacket (assuming it had one when published). We pay 25¢ per title. Almost never do we accept textbooks. Please call first.

DVDs...75¢ each. Videos (VHS)...25¢ each.

Music (50s, 60s, 70s, 80s jazz and rock 'n roll): 10¢ on 33 1/3 record, 15¢ on cassette, 25¢ on CD. 8-track? Well, if it is really good, 10¢ each.

This is how it works for everyday items. However, should you have a particular item which may be deemed rare or potentially more valuable than the norm, we will undertake the research to determine a fair value and then, together, we will explore options.
